I have been a home owner almost 10 years and from day one have used Auchinachie for all my heating and plumbing needs and will continue to do so.  I like the professional way they do business and the follow up phone calls or visits they do after they job is done.  I will recommend Auchinachie to my family and friends.

After being a master plumber during the years using cast iron lead  joints and galvanized pipe.  I think I am a pretty good judge of quality work.  I am sure you will be hearing from me in the future.  Age caught up with me, I can’t do these things anymore.

This is in reference to Kinetico water Softening Systems.  First your rep George was great.  He took the time to answer all my questions.  He explained the workings of the system in great detail.  Second your technician John was terrific,  he did a very professional job, he was very courteous and knowledgeable.  Both gentlemen are a great asset to your company.  The Kinetico softener is the best that I have ever had.

They came, they installed, they left, we’re HAPPY!

I will tell you what I think – We now have good water to drink.  Our water still comes from our well – But now it doesn’t have a smell.  Everyday I drink my tea – Now it tastes ever better to me.  And now it is nice - to have lots of wonderful ice!!!

Eric and his partner installed our new furnace and tankless water heater.  They did a beautiful job.  It was a real pleasure to have these thoughtful young men in my home for two days.  We are very impressed with the entire Auchinachie operation and would certainly recommend them to others.

Recently, we were having trouble with our water pump and tank. I called Auchinachie and made an appointment for a service tech to come out and take a look to see what was needed to fix the problem. He was there right on time and we even received a call before hand, stating he was on his way. This is a very nice courtesy they provide and was much appreciated. The tech assessed the situation and told us what we needed to have done. A little while after he left Auchinachie called and we made another appointment to have the work done. Again, the tech arrived right on time and again; we were notified he was on his way. The tech’s name was Tim and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional person to help us. He was clean, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We felt bad that where he had to go to work on the water system was in the 3 foot crawl space under our house. However, he never complained but just went about his work. Before I make this too long let me just say that I would highly recommend Auchinachie for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

Your service technician Brian was dispatched to evaluate and/or repair our furnace.  Brian, a very calm young man, was a gentleman.  Brian was totally focused throughout his endeavor and meticulous during his performance.  Brian as a member of your organization is most certainly an asset.

I had a plumbing disaster.  I called Auchinachie and the worker who repaired the pipes suggested a gas stove when he noticed how cool I kept my all electric house.  He even called the salesman, Jim Z. to arrange an appointment for an estimate.  Jim was wonderful!  He listened, checked back with me, met me at the show room – and helped me to purchase a stove that is perfect for me.  He checked up as NYSEG put in the line to make sure it was correct.  Then the installer arrived.  What a fine young man.  He worked very hard, was thorough and professional.  At the end of the day he showed me how to use the stove – light the pilot, use the remote, ect.  His helper was also very personable.  I am so happy with the whole experience.  It was a pleasure to do business with such courteous and professional people.  I will recommend Auchinachie highly to anyone who inquires.  Thank you.

This is the third house we have installed Kinetico water systems in and the last two were installed by Auchinachie.  Both the salesmen and the installers from Auchinachie were very knowledgeable and courteous and neat.  The customer service is excellent and all their work is guaranteed.  Kinetico is the only water treatment I will install in my house because the systems really work.  I know in the long run I will save money using Kinetico systems. P.S.  I really like those plastic booties the guys wear.  It really keeps the floor clean.

We had an H2Ahh! Water Treatment System installed in our home on 03/15/07.  We can truthfully say we have never experienced a system that did so much; ridding our dishwasher of hard water crud – ability to drink the water without becoming ill, using ½ the detergent we normally use and not running on electricity.  We would highly recommend this system without hesitation to anyone who wants “cool, clear” water.  Thank you to Joe, John, Kristen and everyone at Auchinachie for making this happen.
