The technician, Todd was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He found my furnace problem, then showed me the billing options, which being time limited, I accepted the lowest billing option available to me, which was more than I had paid for the ...entire furnace, when purchased 13 years ago. Very bad policy. I told them my tenant will be at spot for attending their visit, still they want my credit card information before giving me quote or before confirming the job. Suspicious!
